At Polar Haircare, we want you to love your locks; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit back to our facility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
